The Dyer Fire Department will host an open house for youth aged 14-20 who have an interest in the newly formed Explorer Post at the Dyer Fire Department. Interested youth are invited to join the exciting Firefighting Exploring Program. During the coming year, participants will have the opportunity to take part in action packed hands-on training and experiences with professional Fire Service / Rescue personnel. Activities will include hands-on experiences in the many facets of firefighting and rescue!
The open house will be held on Monday evening, April 2, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Dyer Fire Department (368 North Main St, Dyer, TN 38330). At the open house, interested youth will have the chance to get acquainted, review upcoming programs, and join the explorer post! The annual registration fee is only $24.00 — checks should be made to “Exploring”. Parents are invited, but not required to attend.
