The City of Dyer will be conducting a pre-bid meeting at 10 a.m. on March 14th, 2022 at 105 S. Main St., Dyer City Hall, for Licensed Contractors. This is a 2020 Home Grant Rehabilitation Project. This program is provided through the HOME Program by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA). We are looking for Licensed Contractors who are interested in bidding on rehabilitation/reconstruction jobs. You must be a Tennessee State Licensed Contractor.
